Location: Q Power Station, Shangri-La Branch
Guitar Freaks Version: 11th Mix
Play style: 3.0x speed, Position Type-F, rest is default
Good moments: Session with a PPF member
Bad moments: Failing on Taisetsu na Mono (Advanced), mastering the up-down strum (-.-;)
Songs played: "Luvly, Merry-Go-Round", Sobakasu, Taisetsu na Mono, Twinkle Star and more

Darn, I keep on forgetting to make posts lately. I could say that other things kept me busy from doing so.

Anyways, I had to play to get my feel on the up-down strum. When I gave it a try, the guitar seems to bounce on the direction I strum. It's giving me a hard time to adapt to this technique and I keep failing Taisetsu na Mono on Advanced. What could be my problem? Posture? Guitar Position? Hand Position?

Help a guy out, will ya? :'(

Location: Q Power Station, Shangri-La mall
Guitar Freaks Version: 11th Mix
Play style:3.0x speed, Position Type-F, rest is default
Good moments: Meeting PPF master, getting some thoughts from him
Bad moments: Failing songs, tried out a new technique but I still need imrpovement
Songs played: Taisetsu na mono, "Lulvy, Merry-Go-Round", Sobakasu, Break Down, Inifinite, Russian Roulette, super "shomin" car, Twinkle Star and many more

This entry is created to make up for the "missed" entries I was supposed to make. You can say I was forgetful during a lot of things.

The recent one I can remember is that I met the PPF master and showed him some insights. He told me to master the up-down strum/pick. I think I met him on one Saturday before I left for home. I tried it on Taisetsu na mono today and I almost killed myself. I failed in Russian Roulette as well while trying the up-down strum/pick.

What I need to master is the "perfect" strum/pick position. I got used to down picking too much!

Location: Q Power Station, Shangri-La Mall
Guitar Freaks Version: 11th Mix
Play style: 3.0x speed, Position Type-F, rest is default
Good moments: Trying out some new songs, got an extra stage, playing the easy songs
Bad moments: Sucked at Infinite (at 24??? WHY?!?!?!?), bad dare on mint candy citrus drop (did I get that right?), bad performance due to aching hand and wrist
Songs played: Sobakasu, Twinkle Star, Sa-Da-Me, Diamonds, Yake no Gahara, mint candy citrus drop (did I get that right?), Daikenkai, Break-Down, Infinite, Russian Roule and other songs

I got my chance to play GF 11th Mix. Well, you can say I had good times and bad times. I managed to play Break-Down and add it to my list of songs. I tried Infinite at Advanced 24 and I sucked! What is wrong with me? I managed to get an extra and I think I used it for my first time in Infinite or Break-Down. Can't recall...

When I decided to try minty candy citrus drop, I was bewildered in the part where I have to pick too rapidly! Iwas able to clear it but at a bad state. :(

Oh well, in my last batch of music, I began to notice a decline in my skills. I think I overdid myself and ached my picking hand real good.

Location: Q Power Station, Shagri-La Mall
Guitar Freaks Version: 11th Mix
Play style: 3.0x speed, Position Type-F
Good moments: Passing some songs, changing position type
Bad moments: Failing some songs
Songs played: Sobakasu, "Luvly, Merry-Go-Round", and other I have forgotten and some with Japanese titles I'm not familiar with

Well, it seems I forgot what I did on this day. All I remember I played with Position Type-F, no judgement signs and combo meter. I also remmeber I played a lot of times and had the Eat-All-You-Can Yakisoba from Tokyo Tokyo that I almost barfed at my third bowl.

Sorry. A case of memory block (it ain't for the PSOne, okay?).

Location:Q Power Station, Power Plant Mall
Guitar Freaks Version: V
Play style: 3.0x speed, Position Type-A, Combo Off, rest is deafult
Good moments: Playing GF V
Bad moments: Failed two times on Mei Li De Jie Xiang on Advanced due to a complicated set of notes :(
Songs played: Mei Li De Jie Xiang, Twinkle Star, Liar and other songs

I have decided to test myself on good how I am. I played some songs I'm familiar with and then I attempted Mei Li De Jie Xiang on Advanced (Difficulty 26). I can't believe I failed!!! As I went for my second batch and played Mei Li De Jie Xiang again, I failed again! My problem right now is the complicated set of notes after the first verse. I lose my touch when I make a miss sometimes. It's hard for me to do something like that because of my current skill level... What can I do? *cries*

Oh well, I hope I can play it again and see if I can master it... :

Location:Q Power Station, Shangri-La mall
Guitar Freaks Version: 11th Mix
Play style: 3.0x speed, Position Type-D, rest is default
Good moments: Meeting the PPF members!
Bad moments: Missed the last note of "Twinkle Star", failed the song Taisetsu na Mono in Advanced, failing to break the difficulty barrier up to 32...
Songs played: Sobaksu, Twinkle Star, Taisetsu na Mono and other titles in Japanese

I was lucky to meet some of the top guns of PPF! I was able to see their great talents and I wanted to show them my abilities as well.

Before that, I just had a little game and I'm getting used to Twinkle Star. Some notes were rapid and have a peculiar beat that I need to master. There's this one song I like but I don't know it's romanization. So far, I'm beginning to enter the world of Advanced. On my extra stage, I failed Taisetsu na Mono in advanced. Man, I wanted to break my barrier up to 33 but I failed... :(

A PPF member arrived and I managed to get acquainted. The master has also appeared to have some fun as well. Other members arrived as well and I managed to get acquainted as well. I have a bad memory with names, especially if there's too many people and I just met them on that day. When I played after the master is done, decided to play it the safe way (so I can save myself from embarrassment (^.^;) ) I don't think I was impressive and I failed to get any assessment from one of them. Probably they were too busy talking to each other...

I am so excited to play GF V tomorrow and today is indeed a great opportunity for me! :D

Location: Q Power Station, Shangri-La mall
Guitar Freaks Version: 11th Mix
Play Style: 3.0x speed, Position Type-D, rest is default
Good moments: Fixed settings, tried Twinkle Star and cleared
Bad moments: Beginning to experience a decline in talent...
Songs played: Sobakasu, Twinkle Star and more (not familiar with some titles in Japanese)

Well, I decided to play a game of GF 11th Mix to check out the settings. It was fixed for the long song durations and I decided to take an opportunity to try one (not Departure, please!).

The songs I played were familiar but I sucked at two of them. I need more exposure, experience and practice. I attempted to play Twinkle Star and I cleared it. Twinkle Star's beats are jazzy and a bit irregular. I still need more exposure to Twinkle Star.

This has been a great experience for me. Hope you readers have a good time!
